This Privacy Policy describes how Radeal Sp. z o.o. ("Radeal", "we", "us", or "our") processes personal data of users of our website and official IDE plugin (collectively, the "Service"). We operate in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

3. Types of Data Collected

3.1 Website Data

We use website data for advertising conversion measurement (Google Ads) only with your explicit consent. We do not use website data for any other marketing or analytics purposes.

3.2 Plugin Data

The Radeal IDE plugin collects and transmits the following data only if the user explicitly consents via the plugin interface:

  • Project name
  • Tracked working time
  • Plugin version
  • Authentication data (API Key, securely transmitted and encrypted)

The plugin does not collect or transmit:

  • Source code or file contents
  • Intellectual property of the user
  • Any personal data other than what is necessary for authentication

All plugin data transmission is encrypted.

5. Consent

  • Plugin users must provide explicit consent before any data is transmitted.
  • Consent can be revoked at any time in the plugin settings, after which data transmission will stop.
  • Revoking consent does not affect data already transmitted but allows users to request deletion (see Section 6).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • User data collected through the plugin is retained for as long as the subscription is active.
  • After subscription expiration or consent withdrawal, data is deleted upon request within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
  • Website functional cookies are stored only for the session duration or until expiration (usually a few hours/days).
  • For contract-based processing, data may be retained for limitation periods (generally 3–6 years).

7. Data Recipients

  • Data may be shared with service providers who act on our behalf to maintain and secure the Service (e.g., hosting providers).
  • We do not share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9.1 Necessary Cookies

The website uses functional cookies necessary for service operation (e.g., maintaining your session, remembering language preferences). These cookies do not require consent and cannot be disabled.

With your consent, we use cookies set by Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (conversion tracking). These cookies help us understand whether visitors who clicked on our ads took a meaningful action on the Service.
